FAQs

We accept ages Infant through 13 years of age.

We operate from 7:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. We are also open from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Saturdays.

Infants (0-12 months): 1 Staff per 3-4 Infants.
Toddlers (1-3 years): 1 Staff per 4-6 children.
Preschoolers/Kindergarteners (3-6 years): 1 Staff per 8-10 children.
1st Grade-8th Grade (7-13) 1 Staff per 8-10 children.
These ratios ensure children receive proper attention and care.

Our daycare follows strict safety guidelines, including:
*Secure entrances and pick-up procedures.
*Regular Cleaning and Sanitization.
*CPR and First-Aid Certified Staff.
*Childproof Play Areas.
*Emergency Preparedness Plans.

Our daycare has a sick policy to prevent the spread of illness. Children with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea or contagious symptoms must stay home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours.

We use a mixture of Daily reports, Newsletters and Emails, Parent-Teacher Meetings and Apps for real-time updates and photos.
Open communication is encouraged to keep our parents informed about their child’s day.

We focus on positive reinforcement, redirection and conflict resolution. Physical punishment is NEVER allowed. Staff encourage good behavior through praise, routine and teaching social-emotional skills.
